Life at Camp
Camp Facilities
We have four bunkhouses that can fit 54 people in each one, with heat and air conditioning. Restrooms are next to the bunkhouses. We have a motel with 8 rooms - two bunk beds and a bathroom/shower in each room. Space is also available for some tents and trailers.

This is adventure
At Camp Firewalker, we have LOTS of fun activities for your group to enjoy. Our trained, professional staff will be there to help you try them all! All staff are CPR and first aid certified. These activities can be explored as part of our camp offerings or part a personalized experience.

Rappelling
Rappelling will take place off a 45 foot cliff. A qualified belay will control guests during their decent so as to ensure safe speeds of decent. Harnesses, helmets and gloves will be used at all times.

Hiking
Hiking trails are numerous throughout the area, with beautiful views along the way

Hook in and zip your way across a lake. The participant wears appropriate safety gear and harness. Get ready for a fun ride.
Zip Line

Leap of Faith
A 20’ pole that the participant climbs while wearing appropriate safety gear, harness and being on belay. The participant then jumps off the pole and is belayed to the ground.

Cat Walk
Climb up to a horizontal log 20 feet up in the air, walk across and then jump off (or back/forward flip). The participant wears appropriate safety gear and harness and is on belay.

Obstacle Course/Team Building
Obstacles provide fun challenges to individuals/groups. Obstacles range from 8 foot walls to climb over, balance beams, tunnels, hurdling over barriers, climbing cargo nets, and much more. The team building activities are geared to groups of people working as a team to accomplish goals.

High Ropes
Ropes and cables, with obstacles to maneuver, run from tree to tree, 15-30 feet above the ground. Participants wear harnesses, helmets and are clipped onto a safety cable at all times. Participants work their way from element to element. Qualified belay and rescue personnel will be on hand to properly instruct and guide participants through the course.

Waterfront
The waterfront area includes canoes, kayaks, paddleboards, swimming, and a floating dock. A qualified Red Cross Lifeguard will be on hand during all water activities. This can be an opportunity to have races, build rafts or just simply enjoy time in the water.
