Register for Camp
The registration forms ask for detailed personnel information, medical and health history, and for you to review and acknowledge the risks with attending camp. If you are under 18 you will also need a parent to sign. Anticipate spending 15-25 minutes reviewing and filing out the forms. If you run into issues please contact us.
You will submit your completed form to your group organizer.

Camp Firewalker strives to minimize risks to participants and advisors by emphasizing proper safety precautions. However, we need to get the legal stuff out of the way.
